Tony McCorvey Jr.

As a 4th generation sheet metal worker, Tony Jr grew up in the sheet metal and mechanical business. From an early age, Tony was working in the shop and field learning the HVAC manufacturing and installation process. He officially became a full-time employee after graduating from college in 2001. Tony started as an Assistant Shop Foreman, then progressed through the ranks as a BIM coordinator, working in the CAM Department, Estimating, and eventually Project Management and Operations. When the McCorvey family purchased Way Engineering in 2012, Tony assumed a role as Executive Vice President and eventually was promoted to President and made partner in 2020.
