Jeremiah Russell

In the summer of 2007, Jeremiah Russell arrived at Duct Direct and began his career in the sheet metal and ductwork industry. Working in the shipping and receiving department for the first few years, Jeremiah then branched out and gained experience in the other various departments in the fabrication shop. Jeremiah developed an appreciation and understanding of the industry by working with round, rectangular, and liner ductwork and with the varying metals needed for each project. A short time later, Jeremiah was offered an opportunity to enroll in the company’s apprenticeship program to further enhance his understanding and capabilities. After completion in 2012, Jeremiah was promoted to various leadership positions in the fabrication shop and was recruited to the office in 2016 as an Assistant Project Manager, later promoted to Project Manager, and then finally promoted to Operations Manager.
